The full range of available analysis is too extensive to list here, however the most common requirement is for Nutritional Labelling purposes.


Chemistry in food testing is more concerned with making sure the label is correct or deriving labelling information by analysis. FAL can advise on customer requirements especially regarding UK and European Nutritional Regulations and The Food Safety Act 1990 (section's 14 and 15 in particular).
